Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Return Request Process
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product along with order details and product images for verification.
Product Condition
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Include all original accessories and tags
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Customized jewellery
- Personalized products
- Special made-to-order items
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
